Acceptance

By visiting this website or applying for membership in Trivium Prime, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site. We may update these terms from time to time, and continued use of the site after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will note the revision date at the top of this page whenever we make a material change.

Use of This Site

This site is provided for informational and educational purposes. You may read, share links to, and reference content on this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, republish, or redistribute our text, curriculum materials, or imagery without written permission. You may not use automated tools to scrape or harvest content from this site. You may not use this site to transmit spam, malware, or any content that is unlawful, threatening, or harassing.

Membership and Enrolment

Admission to Trivium Prime is selective and granted solely at our discretion. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. If accepted, your membership is personal and non-transferable. We reserve the right to suspend or revoke membership for conduct that violates the Trivium Code or that we determine to be incompatible with the values and purposes of the order. We will communicate the reason if we take such action. Any fees paid are subject to the refund terms stated at the time of enrolment.

Accuracy of Information

We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we make no guarantee that every detail is complete or error-free. Nothing on this site constitutes professional legal, financial, or medical advice. Rely on qualified professionals for decisions in those areas.

Third-Party Links

This site may contain links to external websites. We link to them because we find them useful, but we do not control their content and are not responsible for what you find there. Visiting a linked site is at your own discretion.

Limitation of Liability

Trivium Prime is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our programmes. This includes interruptions to service, errors in content, or outcomes from educational activities.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Trivium Prime is registered. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the courts of that jurisdiction.
